As the Owner and President of Hagood Homes, Inc., Jim splits his time between the office and the field. He is conscious of his customers needs and enjoys making their dreams come true. For over eleven years Jim has been active in the local building industry and has served as past president of the Cape Fear Home Builders Association. His approach to the homebuilding business has proven quite successful with several Parade of Home Gold Awards, newspaper recognition and most importantly of all, happy homeowners.

Troy Kenny
Designer
As the Owner and designer of every Hagood Home, Troy is the creative power behind this home building company. Her talents have won numerous Parade of Homes Awards and the hearts of homeowners. Troy established her own company, Design Haus, several years ago and offers custom plans to individuals building outside of our communities.

Amanda Holtz
Controller/Office Manager

Amanda supervises the financial aspect of Hagood Homes and manages the day to day activities in the office. She has helped grow Hagood Hope for Children into a successful non-profit organization that betters the lives of children around the world. Amanda's helpful nature assists customers and her fellow colleagues.

One of the newest members of our team, Leah monitors the phones and manages accounts payable. She keeps a positive attitude alive in our busy environment. A recent UNCW graduate, Leah is very interested in the real estate and building industry and is an asset to Hagood Homes.

Will Hardgrove

Will manages the Southern Oaks, Pointe Summerset, and One Meeting Place neighborhoods. He enjoys the complexity and creative details of building our homes and develops great rapport with his homeowners.

Wes Bellamy

A talented licensed contractor for over twenty years, Wes manages the newest Hagood Homes neighborhood, Regency Place at St. James Plantation. Customers trust his knowledge, appreciate his experience and enjoy dealing with his kind nature.

Ronnie Cook
Superintendent
As the manager of the neighborhoods in Magnolia Greens, Fairway Village and Three Oaks, Ronnie offers our homeowners experience and patience. Building single family and town homes at the same time, Ronnie is able to supervise their construction well.
