Hagood Homes One Year Warranty

In addition to the Ten year structural warranty you receive through Bonded Builders, Hagood Homes, Inc. also offers a one year material and labor warranty. Your home was carefully inspected before you moved in; however, as you settle in, you may discover a few items in need of minor repair. For instance, you may find that a pipe drips under a sink or an electrical outlet doesn't function properly. These things are common and generally aren't detected until the home is used on a daily basis. We would like to correct these items for you in a timely manner!

Bonded Builder's Home Warranty

At the closing of your home a Bonded Builder Application is completed. Once Bonded Builders processes the application a Validation label will be mailed to your new home address. This label must be placed on the inside cover of the Bonded Builders manual to validate the Ten year structural warranty. The warranty is paid in full by Hagood Homes, Inc. Please reference the Bonded Builders Limited warranty and Performance standards outlined in the Bonded Builder's booklet.
