Sea Pines Plantation

Spanning 5,200 acres, Sea Pine Plantation is one of the largest residential and resort-style communities on Hilton Head. Sea Pines is most often recognized by its Harbour Town Marina with the iconic red-and-white striped lighthouse. The lighthouse is a common sight for any PGA fan. The annual RBC Heritage is held at one of the four championship golf courses, Harbour Town Golf Links.

In addition to world-class golf, Sea Pines Plantation offers miles of beaches, numerous tennis courts and swimming pools and a beautiful maritime forest preserve. Hilton Head Plantation

Located between the Intracoastal Waterway and Port Royal Sound, Hilton Head
Plantation is another community known for golf and outdoor activities. The community features four semi-private and award-winning golf courses. It also has numerous tennis courts and swimming pools.

Residents enjoy beach access, a recreation center, shared gardening areas and miles of nature trails and boardwalks. The two nature conservatories within Hilton Head Planation are perfect for walking, jogging or biking.

Our first home under construction is a 2580 square foot home. It is situated on a cul-de-sac overlooking a lagoon. It has an open floor plan—with the kitchen open to the dining and great room—with 4 bedrooms and four baths. As with all our homes, there are many high-end features and finishes.

Our second home currently under construction, is a 2800 square foot home located on the finger of a tidal marsh. It is a great open concept floor plan. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Each of the three bedrooms feature their own bath. Plus, they are on the first floor. Even more living space is found with a bonus room, plus bath over the garage. The home includes a first-floor office. There are beautiful french doors that open to the front porch and a large screened porch overlooking the tidal marsh.
