A new creation by our passionate founder and designer of every Hagood Home, Troy Kenny combines elements of other masterpiece plans she has crafted over the years, blending details based on homeowner feedback along with her newest inspirations and ideas for homes along the coastal Carolinas. Already drawn with several different outside elevations (pictured above and below) and designed specifically for wider homesites, this plan is sure to be a popular one for years to come!

The Shelter Cove boasts an airy open floor plan, likened to the other seven home plans in the Cove Collection. An abundance of natural light and farmhouse features in the living area awakens one’s sense of adventure to an unmatched uniqueness yet simultaneously evoking a feeling of familiarity, perhaps reminiscent of the highly renowned and admired Modern Farmhouse plan.

Some key features that make this plan a masterpiece include an expansive front and back porch, adorned with locally sourced crushed seashells. The screened-in porch is the largest of all plans in the the Cove Collection which can easily be converted into Hagood’s signature 4 seasons room, also known as a sunroom.
