About the Parade Judging

The annual Parade of Homes is an exhibit of the finest new homes in southeastern North Carolina and a competition between builder members. Builders showcase their completed designs to compete for awards in varying price categories. The judges are selected from home builder associations outside of Wilmington to ensure impartiality and fair competition. Judges have extensive knowledge of new home construction and design.
