What is the Parade of Homes?

For the uninitiated, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has been shining a light on local builders and the unique homes they build at the annual event since 1986. Folks come from near and far to tour amazing new homes near beaches, with views of golf courses, and close to vibrant downtown areas. All that makes coastal Carolina one of the most enviable places to call home!
